- Twitter : @woosokjang인터렉티브 미디어 아티스트 장우석은 Design Unit 과 HEXA Design에서 Interaction Designer로 활동 후, 미국 샌프란 시스코를 거쳐 Pratt Institute in New York 대학원에서 Digital Arts Interactive Media과를 졸업하며 MFA in Digital Arts with Distinction Honors 학위를 받았다. 그는 Physical Interactive Environment에서의 Interactive Interface Design, Installation & Developement, 세부적으로는 Vision Blob+Processing과 MaxMSP/Jitter를 활용한 ‘Interactive Installation” 인터렉티브 인스톨레이션 분야의 전문가 이다.
2009년 4월 한국으로 돌아와 현재 UX Design 회사인 d’strict Holdings 디스트릭트 홀딩스에서 Tangible Media 그룹장을 지내고 있으며, 아시아 및 세계 최초의 UX Studio Project, Samsung Mobile Global Launching Shows, 그리고 다양한 R&D Project를 진행하면서 한국미디어 아트의 상업화, 대중화에 최선을 다하고 있다.
특히, 대규모의 실시간 Interactive Installation과 Performance의 Technical Project Director 기술 설계및 개발자 활동하며,다양한 대규모 상업 및 국가 프로젝트의 자문 위원으로도 활동중 이다.
